I understand that life happens and sometimes you need to cancel! However I kindly ask that all appointments be canceled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid being charged a fee. Appointments canceled less than 24hrs before will be charged 50% of the service booked & “no call no show” will be charged 100% of the service booked! If over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the scheduled time frame. I don’t hear from you 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment time it will be considered a “no call no show” and your card will be charged 100% of the service *Any appointments canceled 24 hours before will not be charged!*
